Water leaks in the roof, windows, doors, sinks, tubs or toilets

The air conditioner or heater is not cooling or heating your home properly when the heat thermostat is set on 70 degrees and the air conditioning thermostat is set on 74 degrees

Any issues with power: lights flickering or power outage of any kind, breakers popping

Any odor that might warn of a gas leak (usually rotten egg smell)

Doors or windows sticking

Signs of black mildew or mold

Soil erosion around the unit or standing water in the crawl space or around the foundation
