Brookhaven is a 12-unit apartment community designed for the elderly and people living with disabilities in Gaffney, SC. This community has been in operation since 2004.
Capps Villa is a 14-unit apartment community for very low income people who are living with disabilities in Spartanburg, SC. This community has been in operation since 2010.
Country Gardens is a 14-unit apartment community for very low income people living who are living with disabilities. This community has been in operation since 2010.
Creekside Housing Corporation
Creekside is a 36-unit apartment community for low income elderly people. This community has been in operation since 2012.
Cypress Park is an apartment community that serves very low income people who are living with disabilities. This community has been in operation since 2008.
New Prospects is a 14-unit apartment community that provides housing for physically and mentally disabled individuals.

Norma Locklear Pitts is a 43-unit apartment community that provides housing for seniors on a fixed income who need housing and support services.
Fountain Inn, SC
Sunset Village is a 18-unit apartment community that serves low to very low income people by providing rental assistance and support services on an individualized care plan.
Twin Oaks is 56-unit apartment community in Greenwood, SC that provides housing to single-parent families, individuals and the elderly at 30% of their income.
Stribling Place is a 12-unit apartment community for very low income people who are living with disabilities in Seneca, SC. This community has been in operation since 2007.
